We encourage our guests to check and take all their belongings before they leave our bus. However, we regularly find people left their jackets, shoes, makeup bags, sun glasses, hats, umbrella, cables, scarf, neck cushion and other small items behind.
 
If we have drivers go into Perth city, you can meet them to fetch your lost items, we will arrange a time and location for you. Otherwise, for International delivery, we charge AUD$100, if the cost is more than $100, you will be required to pay the extra.  You can also arrange your own courier, it may work out cheaper.

The lost and found items will be kept for 14 days, after that, they will be disposed, no longer available for collection.
